We want you to love your hair game; if you are not completely satisfied with your Bed Head by TIGI purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that items must be at least half-full and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your TIGI products.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
